I thought I should include this site in my portfolio. On the one hand, there is very little from a web design perspective on my part involved in the site, save for a few decisions.
However, it is important to me, because she was my mother and this is something that preserves some of the creativity that inspired her life.
On the other hand, it is a classic example of good use of WordPress.com. That means aside from time, this site has cost me $0.00 to set up and maintain, and the hosting cost remains at $0.00. In reality, it is a good use, for there is nothing complex, but for those who knew my mother, here is an insight into the person they knew in part.
